  • Indulge in all of the seasonal French food and drinks only available during the winter seasons.
Enjoy a nice glass of vin chaud (hot wine) under the heaters on a Parisian terrace or a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau. Every November marks the release date for the new vintage of Beaujolais Nouveau wine. Restaurants and festivals celebrate the release of the new vintage all throughout France and Paris hosts some amazing tasting opportunities. In addition to these holiday drinks, you can have some meals and special treats, such as raclette and Bûche de Noel, that are specially made for the winter season.
